RCRA, TSCA, CERCLA, SARA, DOT, NIOSH, OSHA, and ACGIH are abbreviations that should be familiar to anyone engaged in business where hazardous materials/wastes are involved. The Code of Federal Regulations Titles 29, 40 and 49, and the California Code of Regulations Titles 8, 13 and 22 are among the most constantly changing regulations in the country today. Any organization dealing with hazardous materials/wastes recognizes that a full-time employee could easily be dedicated to keeping up with the constant changes promulgated by the agencies responsible for these regulations, not to mention keeping your organization in compliance.

The survey results are then evaluated and a report of current compliance levels and needed compliance is provided. This is followed by a regulatory compliance plan which includes monthly updates on regulatory changes, and semi-annual reviews conducted at your facility.
